Results Tailored to Your Culture

Personal Lean and Six Sigma service has been our specialty since 1990. To the best of our knowledge, our services are the lowest total cost, highest value consulting business model.

I tailor project time lines, budgets, training schedules, data auditing, data mining, education and training materials to each customer. All levels of workers, from PhD's to GED high school equivalency associates, find what they are searching for in our accelerated teaching methods. We make improvement fun and profitable.

Desktop computing, video, audio, advanced statistical software, and multi-media tools lead to excellent training results. On-demand competency testing and electronic media minimize costs. High tech, low cost solutions help our clients improve customer service, financial, service, and operational results in record time.

One-to-One executive coaching, Black Belt mentoring, five day Kaizen Blitz work outs, value stream mapping, multivariate financial models and most business management deliverables you may need are part of our history. New tools are here today. We can help you make these tools part of your culture in a matter of weeks.

We emphasize models. For many, when a model is held in one's own hands, he or she grasps ideas that seemed complex. The animated "jitterbug" at the right is one example. R. Buckminster Fuller created this model to help people understand systems. It is called Vector Flexor. We use the Vector Flexor and other engaging toys to help people understand group dynamics and data analysis principles.

Accelerated teaching techniques and education skill will help your enterprise produce impressive financial results in a short time frame. The Zometool, K'NEX® , Catapults and other models help Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers as well as front line workers get comfortable with advanced decision tools. The Quincunx pictured at right was invented by Francis Galton in 1872 to help explain regression principles. The image comes to us courtesy of Lightning Calculator and Francis Galton. This tool cannot be beat for teaching business leaders how to set the odds for profit in their favor.

No need to take our word on a web page. We will be happy to present a demonstration. Seeing is believing. Learning Lean and Six Sigma is fun. The profits produced from an investment in customized consulting services often generates a ten to one return.
